Birthday Ice Cream
Thursday, October 18 - Hayley and Shelby turn 2!
We were very low-key, because their real birthday party is going to be in a couple weekends when the rest of the family can come up. But they did get two Clifford dolls - he's their favorite PBS show at the moment. Daddy comes home from work and turns on ESPN at 6pm and is greeted by choruses of "Cleeeeeefooooooooord" until he puts Channel 7 back on.
They are clearly happy with their Clifford dogs. And, as an extra bonus, they got ICE CREAM. They really enjoyed it - the next couple nights they were asking for ice cream after dinner. We may have created a monster.
Shelby really enjoyed her ice cream - what she ate of it, anyway. I'm sure the ice cream that was on her dress and in her hair was equally yummy.
Hayley was a tad more clean in her eating habits, but she still needed some hosing down after dessert.
